Job summary

BaliSuperHost is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead and supervise engineering and maintenance across villa properties in Pecatu, Bali. The role ensures electrical, plumbing, AC, water heater, and mechanical systems run smoothly, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance and guiding engineering staff on performance and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar role within the hotel/villa sector, strong systems knowledge, and solid leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Engineering Supervisor or similar role in hotel/villa industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, AC, pumps, and building maintenance.
• Able to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance operations across villa properties.
• Ensure all electrical, plumbing, AC, water heater, and mechanical systems function properly.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Lead and monitor engineering staff performance.
• Respond quickly to technical issues and guest complaints.
• Maintain safety standards and operational efficiency.
