Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager in Indonesia to lead quality initiatives in automotive-related plastic injection manufacturing. You will supervise QA/QC activities, manage projects, and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO standards.

The role requires strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting capabilities, with responsibility for audits and cross-department coordination to meet customer quality targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is D3/S1 majoring in Industrial/Chemical Engineering.
• 4 years of managerial experience in plastic injection manufacturing.
• Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang GIIC Area, Bekasi.

Responsibilities

• Attend all project meetings
• Ensure proper systems launches
• Openly report quality performance
• Implement, follow, improve, create standards
• Confirm quality meets customer requirements
• Control and define manufacturing process parameters
• Identify training needs and provide the training for QA/QC
• Responsible for internal and external audits related to the Quality department
• Monitor QC/QA performance by collecting production data and create reports to be communicated with related departments
• Communicate with technical, product development, and production team to maintain product quality and ensure the targets are achieved
