Job summary

Diageo Bali is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met. You will coach a diverse team, optimize line performance, and implement continuous improvement using standard MAKE and 5S practices.

Based in Bali, you will collaborate with engineers and procurement to drive root-cause analysis, manage change, and sustain Lean methods to deliver world-class output for premium brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering.
• 3+ years in manufacturing with people management experience.
• Knowledge of 5S, setup time reduction, and maintenance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead production processes to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team in a safety-first environment.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to reduce downtime and waste.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S implementation on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet MAKE KPI targets.
