Job summary

MatchaTalent is recruiting an Operation Manager for a premium bottled water facility in Bali, Indonesia. You will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, coordinate production planning, maintenance, warehousing and logistics, and drive cost control and safety compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in FMCG manufacturing, and hands-on management across water purification, bottling lines, and supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong operations focus.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations with leadership experience.
• Experience in FMCG or high-volume beverage manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, KPIs, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet targets, quality, and safety.
• Oversee water purification, bottling lines, and packaging across formats.
• Coordinate maintenance, warehousing, and logistics for on-time delivery.
• Develop schedules, headcount planning, and shift assignments.
• Monitor costs, energy use, waste, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
• Prepare reports and lead teams to drive a high-performance culture.
