Job summary

AMK Technology is seeking an experienced AIOps & Monitoring Engineer to join our Managed IT Operations Support initiative in Indonesia on a contract basis. You will oversee mission-critical IT operations, lead technical teams, and ensure SLA compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional support teams, coordinate incident resolutions, mentor staff, and drive proactive automation aligned with ITIL best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT operations, network operations, service desk management, or specialized technical support.
• Strong familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks and enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Based in Indonesia and eligible to work on contract.
• Immediate or short-notice availability and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations and monitoring workflows.
• Ensure SLAs, targets, and KPIs are met.
• Manage incident escalation and rapid restoration.
• Coordinate with regional teams and vendors to maintain uptime.
• Drive automation and continuous service improvements across IT operations.
• Oversee QA, reporting, and adherence to security/compliance policies.
• Mentor engineering and support staff.
• Maintain meticulous logs, tickets, and asset records.
