Job summary

Integrasia Innovation Center (Innocent) is seeking an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer in Bekasi to shape the player experience for new mobile titles. You will lead a design team, oversee the full UI/UX pipeline, and collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver engaging interfaces.

The role emphasizes mentorship, design systems, usability testing, and high‑fidelity UI work aligned with game aesthetics.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading UI/UX design teams.
Strong background in mobile game or interactive app design.
Expertise in user research, usability testing, and design systems.
Proficient with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

Responsibilities

Lead the UI/UX design team, providing mentorship, guidance, and creative direction.
Develop and implement comprehensive UI/UX strategies for mobile games.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs that are user‑centered and aligned with game aesthetics.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze player feedback to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of UI elements into the game.
Establish and maintain UI style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across the game.
Optimize UI/UX flows for intuitive navigation and player engagement.
Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in mobile game UI/UX design.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.
Oversee the implementation of UI assets and ensure they meet quality standards.
