Create detailed shop drawings (dimensions, materials, joinery, finishing) for the production team
Revise designs and drawings according to client feedback (relayed by sales/design team) or production team notes
Coordinate with the Jepara and Bali production teams to ensure designs and drawings are executable within machine and craftsperson capacity
Archive all project drawings systematically and maintain a clear revision history
Perform final quality checks on drawings before sending to production to prevent dimension/specification errors

Able to read and translate design/visual references (moodboards, sketches, Pinterest references) into concept designs and executable technical drawings
Good sense of space planning, proportion, materials, and color
Understanding of basic furniture construction (joinery types, material thickness, size tolerances)
Understanding of solid wood, plywood, and finishing characteristics to ensure designs align with production capability
Meticulous attention to detail in dimensions, since small drawing errors can result in material waste in production

Experience with custom/made-to-order furniture projects
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva for presentation boards
