Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Service Manager (Heavy Equipment) to oversee our service operations in South Kalimantan. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across our service network for mining and industrial equipment.

You will lead a team of technicians, plan maintenance schedules, ensure safety and quality standards, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 5–7 years in service management of heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.
• Experience with mining/construction/manufacturing sectors is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all service operations for heavy equipment.
• Develop and implement service strategies to improve satisfaction and revenue.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and evaluation of service staff.
• Ensure safety, quality procedures, and regulatory compliance across activities.
• Monitor diagnostics and preventive maintenance to maximize availability.
• Coordinate with spare parts and warehouse teams for inventory.
• Communicate with customers, resolve issues, and manage key accounts.
• Analyze service data and prepare operational reports for improvement.
• Manage departmental budgets and cost-control initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, parts, and technical teams for development.
