Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in farming or operations.
• Willingness to work on-site at Ciapus, Bogor.
• Comfortable with outdoor, physical farm work.
• Honest, hardworking, disciplined and responsible.
• Strong data tracking and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily farm activities including planting, irrigating, fertilizing, harvesting, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Ensure tasks meet schedule, quality standards, and organic farming practices.
• Monitor crop growth, health, pest issues, irrigation and overall farm conditions.
• Assist with farm work during busy planting or harvest periods.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and irrigation systems are properly used and maintained.
• Lead, guide, and coordinate farm workers on-site.
• Assign daily tasks clearly and ensure understanding of responsibilities.
• Ensure harvest timing and quality meets standards.
• Keep accurate daily records of activities, yields, attendance, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe farm environment.
