Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks meet schedule, quality standards, and organic farming practices.
• Monitor crop growth, health, pest issues, irrigation and overall farm conditions.
• Assist with farm work during busy planting or harvest periods.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and irrigation systems are properly used and maintained.
• Lead, guide, and coordinate farm workers on-site.
• Assign daily tasks clearly and ensure understanding of responsibilities.
• Ensure harvest timing and quality meets standards.
• Keep accurate daily records of activities, yields, attendance, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe farm environment.

Job description

The Staff will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, guiding the farm team, maintaining crop and harvest quality, and ensuring farm activities are completed properly and on schedule. The ideal candidate is honest, hardworking, responsible, and willing to be directly involved in farm work. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has strong ownership, and is comfortable leading by example.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily farm activities including planting, watering, fertilizing, harvesting, cleaning, and general maintenance.

Ensure farm tasks are completed according to schedule, quality standards, and organic farming practices.

Monitor crop growth, plant health, pest issues, irrigation, and overall farm condition.

Assist directly with farm work when needed, especially during busy planting or harvest periods.

Ensure tools, equipment, irrigation systems, and farm materials are used properly and maintained well.

Lead, guide, and coordinate farm workers on-site.

Assign daily tasks clearly and ensure each worker understands their responsibilities.

Ensure produce is harvested at the right timing and quality.

Keep accurate daily records of farm activities, harvest quantities, crop conditions, yield production, worker attendance, and material usage.

Ensure the farm area is clean, organized, and safe to work in.

About you

At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in farming, agriculture, operations, production, warehouse, or field work.

Willing and able to work fully on-site at Ciapus, Bogor.

Comfortable working outdoors and physically involved in farm activities.

Honest, hardworking, disciplined, and responsible.

Quick-thinking and able to solve problems directly in the field.

Strong learner's mindset with willingness to improve and grow with the farm.

Able to lead workers firmly, clearly, and respectfully.

Able to track data accurately and maintain basic farm records.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Possess a valid Indonesian driver's license and own mode of transport.
