Job summary

Haskoning is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to drive design and delivery of high‑performance electrical infrastructure for data centre developments across SE Asia. You will lead MV/LV distribution, back‑up power, UPS, protection strategies, and QA/QC while mentoring engineers and coordinating with MEP teams and clients.

You will coordinate with global teams, manage multiple work packages, and support business development with technical input.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in multidisciplinary design and project delivery.
• Experience delivering mission critical facilities, hyperscale or colocation data centres preferred.
• Strong expertise in MV/LV distribution, standby generation and UPS systems.
• Experience with load flow, short circuit, arc flash, protection coordination.
• Experience preparing technical specifications and tender documentation; QA/QC competency.

Responsibilities

• Act as electrical technical authority for mission critical data centre projects in SE Asia.
• Lead design and coordination of MV/LV systems, utility interfaces, generators and UPS.
• Oversee power system studies including load flow, short circuit and protection coordination.
• Collaborate with MEP Design Manager and Project Manager to meet objectives, schedule and budget.
• Mentor electrical engineers and establish design standards and QA/QC processes.
• Review contractor submissions, FAT/SAT and commissioning activities.
• Support bids, proposals and client presentations with technical input.
• Coordinate with global teams and manage multiple work packages.
