Job summary

PT Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari mencari Senior Project Manager Interior untuk memimpin dan mengkoordinasikan tim drafter agar sesuai target proyek. Anda akan memastikan standar kualitas dan SLA dipenuhi, serta mengarahkan pembaruan template dan cara kerja tim gambar kerja.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan membaca gambar teknis interior dan furniture, pengalaman minimal 4 tahun di bidang interior/furniture, serta kemampuan memimpin tim dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan tepat di bawah tekanan deadline.

Qualifications

• Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim dan mengelola proyek desain interior/furniture.
• Mampu membaca gambar teknis Interior & furniture secara akurat.
• Mempunyai kemampuan analisa, problem solving, dan penyelesaian masalah yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memenuhi target proyek.
• Pengalaman dalam manajemen proyek (PM) menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin, mengkoordinasikan, dan memberikan pelatihan kepada tim drafter agar sesuai target perusahaan dan deadline proyek.
• Memastikan pekerjaan tim mengikuti standar kualitas dan SLA yang telah ditentukan.
• Membuat, mengarahkan, dan memastikan standar serta template gambar kerja selalu ter-update sesuai perkembangan Dekoruma.
• Melakukan pengembangan cara kerja dan template gambar kerja agar lebih efektif.
• Melakukan review berkala terkait performa tim dan kebutuhan proyek di masa mendatang.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim lain terkait gambar kerja dan 3D dimensi.
• Menjadi kontak utama bagi tim lain untuk klarifikasi gambar kerja pada semua proyek produksi dan instalasi.

• Memimpin, mengkoordinasikan dan memberikan pelatihan kepada tim drafter agar sesuai dengan target perusahaan dan deadline proyek.




• Memastikan pekerjaan tim mengikuti standard kualitas dan SLA yang sudah ditentukan.




• Membuat, mengarahkan dan memastikan standard dan template yang digunakan oleh tim selalu update sesuai perkembangan scooping Dekoruma.




• Melakukan pengembangan terkait cara kerja dan template gambar kerja dari tim agar lebih efektif.




• Melakukan review berkala terkait performance , hasil kerja tim dan kebutuhan yang akan datang.




• Berkoordinasi dengan tim lain terkait gambar kerja dan 3d dimensi.




• Menjadi kontak pertama dari tim lain untuk klarifikasi mengenai gambar kerja pada semua proyek yang berada di tahap produksi dan instalasi.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Interior/ Arsitektur/ Teknik Sipil


• Pengalaman minimum 4 tahun di bidang Interior dan furniture


• Mampu mambaca gambar tehnis Interior & furniture


• Memiliki pengalaman dalam Project Management


• Memiliki pengalaman dalam memimpin suatu tim atau proyek


• Memiliki kemampuan menganalisa dan problem solving yang baik


• Mampu memperhatikan hal detil


• Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan dan dengan target
