Job summary

KEZIA KARIN Interior Design & Stylist in Jakarta is seeking an experienced designer to handle high-end residential/hospitality interiors. You will develop 3D visuals, mood boards, and detailed construction drawings, directing draftsmen and ensuring on-time delivery while adhering to the director's vision.

Ideal candidates bring a Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design with 5+ years of relevant experience, including projects over 2,500 m2, and a strong command of finishes, materials, and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 5 years experience with 3 years in high-end residential/hospitality interior design projects.
• Experience on projects in offices, apartments, hotels or resorts.
• Experience on projects equal or larger than 2,500 m2.
• Strong conceptual design thinking and space planning.
• Able to work under tight schedules.
• Deep understanding of high-end interior finishes and furniture details.
• Pleasing personality with discipline, creativity, attention to detail and proactivity.
• Placement in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D images.
• Create mood boards and material boards for projects.
• Provide all details required by draftsmen to prepare comprehensive technical drawing sets.
• Direct and monitor draftsmen during the drawing process.
• Follow design directions from Director.
• Deliver all tasks on time.
• Handle related project tasks to produce well-thought designs.

Job description

Our new project looking for designers well versed in technical aspects in software usage and a balance of artistic flair.

Designers applying should possess the following abilities and execute these responsibilities;

1. Create 3D images

2. Create mood board and material board for given projects.

3. Provide all details required by draftsmen to create comprehensive technical drawing sets

4. Direct and monitor draftsmen during the process of technical drawing sets.

5. To follow design directions from Director.

6. To deliver all the given tasks on time.

7. To be responsible for all and any other tasks related to project work to perform and produce a well thought design.

Qualification :

1. Candidate at least Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design

2. Minimum 5 years experience with 3 years in HIGH END residential/hospitality interior design project

3. Has been involved as a team member minimum in one ( or more ) of these kind of interior design project (office buiding, apartment building, hospitalities (hotel & resort project))

4. Has experience in making a project equal or larger than 2.500 m2 area

5. Strong conceptual design thinking, good in space planning

6. Able to work under tight schedule

7. Deep understanding in high end interior finishes and furniture details

8. Pleasant personality and capable, discipline, creative, attention to detail, and proactive

9. Placement in Jakarta
