Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years in blockchain and DeFi development.
• Expertise in Solidity and production-ready audited smart contracts.
• Deep understanding of financial instruments, market dynamics, and DeFi primitives (e.g., AMMs, stablecoins, yield farming).
• Security best practices for smart contracts and decentralized systems.
• Experience leading technical teams in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex DeFi protocols and applications.
• Architect secure, scalable, and efficient smart contracts for lending, borrowing, trading, and other financial services.
• Mentor and guide a team of DeFi engineers, fostering best practices and code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers and researchers to define the roadmap and features for new DeFi products.
• Conduct rigorous security audits and implement robust risk management strategies for all deployed contracts.
• Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the DeFi space.
