Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Senior CX Engineer for data centre projects in Indonesia. You will lead end-to-end commissioning across electrical, mechanical, BMS, and power systems, guiding FAT/SAT, IST, and client acceptance to ensure mission-critical readiness.

You will coordinate with engineers, vendors, and contractors, oversee test scripts and documentation, and drive issue resolution during pre-functional and final commissioning windows, including after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, automation engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of data centre commissioning or mission-critical testing experience.
• Proven track record leading commissioning for large-scale data centres.
• Strong knowledge of FAT, SAT, FPT, IST and commissioning docs.
• Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, BMS, and MEP systems.
• Experience with load bank testing, generator synchronization, UPS testing, power validation, blackout simulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends when required.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop commissioning strategies, master test plans, procedures, and scripts.
• Plan and oversee FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, FPT, IST, and final commissioning.
• Prepare commissioning documentation, testing procedures, and deliverables.
• Define commissioning equipment requirements, testing tools, and BOQ.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and testing vendors.
• Lead on-site commissioning across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, BMS, and MEP systems.
• Supervise subcontractors during testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Conduct IST, power failure simulations, redundancy validation, and performance testing.
• Identify issues, manage punch-lists, and verify resolution before handover.
• Serve as technical liaison with clients and stakeholders throughout phases.
• Prepare reports and final acceptance records for client hand-over.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, timely delivery.
