Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a seasoned Commissioning (CX) Engineer for large-scale data centre projects in the Jakarta area. You will plan, coordinate, and lead end-to-end commissioning, overseeing testing strategies, IST, FAT, SAT, and final client acceptance to ensure all facility systems meet design and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of data centre commissioning or mission-critical facility experience.
• Experience leading commissioning activities for large-scale data centre projects.
• Knowledge of FAT, SAT, FPT, IST, and commissioning documentation.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and BMS systems.
• Knowledge of load bank testing, generator synchronization, UPS testing, and power validation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends when required.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commissioning strategies, master test plans, and test scripts for data centre projects.
• Plan and oversee FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, IST, and final commissioning activities.
• Prepare and manage commissioning documentation and test procedures.
• Define equipment needs, testing tools, and BOQ for monitoring and testing resources.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to support schedules and execution.
• Lead on-site commissioning across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire, and BMS systems.
• Supervise teams during testing and validation, and manage punch-list items.
• Conduct integrated systems testing, power failure simulations, and performance verification.
• Produce commissioning reports and client hand-over records.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure safe, timely delivery.
