Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in creative or content production.
• Strong portfolio in videography, photography, and video editing.
• Experience leading and developing production teams.
• Proficiency with camera operation, lighting, and audio.
• Ability to plan pre-, production, and post-production workflows.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end creative production process.
• Develop concepts and translate them into production execution.
• Plan and oversee pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
• Direct videography, photography, lighting, and audio.
• Coordinate freelancers, production crews, talents, and vendors.
