Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in a relevant field.
• Basic skills in videography, photography, and video editing.
• Familiar with Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Portfolio of video, photography, or creative projects.
• Strong visual sense and willingness to develop creative skills.
• Creative, proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Able to work well in a team and follow creative direction.
• Able to work with deadlines and changing production needs.
• Comfortable working in office and on-location production environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with video and photography production
• Support production setup, camera, lighting, and audio preparation
• Assist during on-location and studio shoots
• Edit short-form videos and other creative content
• Organize and manage production files and assets
• Support pre-production and post-production processes
• Work closely with the Production Lead and creative team
• Execute production tasks based on creative direction and briefs
• Help maintain production equipment and readiness
• Adapt to changing production schedules and project needs
