Job summary

Saipem in Jakarta is seeking a Lead Cost Controller to manage cost control systems and budgets for complex oil and gas projects. You will establish the Cost Breakdown Structure, ensure accurate cost traceability, and coordinate with interfaces across operating companies to meet contractual requirements.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Cost Controller in oil and gas.
Experience in cost control reporting to support project management and interfaces with corporate requirements.
Proficiency in cost control concepts, budgeting, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage the cost control system and CBS for project budgeting and reporting.
Monitor cost status, earned value, and invoices; assess variances and implement corrective actions.
Support change requests/claims with cost impact analysis and forecast updates.
Conduct risk management activities and Monte Carlo analysis; maintain risk registers and communications.
Prepare project close-out cost feedback and reporting to stakeholders.
