Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking a Core Architecture Specialist to act as the architectural authority for the Core Insurance domain, defining standards and ensuring non-functional requirements are met. You will lead solution designs, research technologies, estimate costs and provide technical guidance to delivery teams, shaping roadmaps and governance to deliver scalable, compliant systems.

The role requires senior enterprise-architecture experience, strong English communication, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in technical/information systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmaps for core insurance architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant solution designs.
• Research and select technologies to meet objectives and control costs.
• Estimate solution costs including infrastructure, licensing and services.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership to development teams.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
