PT. EDUCARE LITERASI PLUS is seeking an energetic educator to design age-appropriate learning experiences and deliver them with clarity and creativity.

You will guide the class from welcome through circle time to wrap-up, monitor equipment and safety, observe progress, report to parents, and coordinate events, all while modeling professional ethics and engaging communication.

Descrizione del lavoro

1. Take full responsibility for quality, programs, and safety.

2. Create Learning Designs (LD) based on children's ages (developed for each age level).

3. Lead the class, starting from welcoming children into the classroom, conducting circle time, and continuing through to the closing session. Act as a role model and an energizer throughout the class.

4. Be able to deliver learning materials using communicative, professional, and creative methods, with language that is easy for children to understand. Maintain professional ethics as a coach.

5. Conduct an equipment checklist every morning to ensure all equipment is ready for use and safe during activities. Prepare the first aid kit (P3K). Stop the class in the event of an accident and manage the class calmly to prevent panic.

6. Conduct daily and monthly observations and communicate the findings directly to parents. Any important matters that need to be reported to parents can be communicated immediately after each class.

7. Report students' progress directly to parents at the end of each learning term, either through face-to-face or online meetings. Establish professional relationships and maintain regular communication with parents in accordance with proper ethics and etiquette to discuss children's progress and needs, special incidents, cases, problems, and other related matters.

8. Supervise the final cleaning process.
