Job summary

Sparks Swim is seeking a dedicated Swimming Coach to support children’s water confidence and skill development. You will deliver age-appropriate sessions for ages 6 months to 12 years in a safe, engaging environment.

In collaboration with fellow coaches and lifeguards, you will monitor progress, adapt lessons, and communicate with parents through regular progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching swimming.
• Able to teach children aged 6 months–12 years, including babies and toddlers aged 6 months–5 years.
• Familiar with basic swimming skills and able to deliver safe, engaging, and interactive lessons.
• Passionate about working with children and able to communicate effectively with both children and parents.
• Able to monitor students' development and prepare regular progress reports.
