Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required
• Proven experience in construction projects, preferably in building construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, drawings, and project specifications
• Experience leading and coordinating engineering teams
• Ability to review drawings, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues
• Good understanding of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure construction activities meet project specifications and quality standards
• Oversee engineering activities, technical planning, and implementation throughout the construction process
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with technical requirements
• Identify and resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to the construction team
