Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Group is seeking a Lead Beauty Advisor in Jakarta to coach a premium beauty team and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will guide skincare consultations, build VIP relationships, and drive sales with AOV and cross-selling initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in premium cosmetics, strong skincare knowledge, and a polished, professional presence for engaging high-value clients.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in a relevant field; cosmetology, esthetics, beauty therapy, or makeup artistry certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of premium cosmetics/beauty retail experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring a retail beauty team preferred.
• Strong skincare knowledge of ingredients and skin concerns.
• Excellent selling, clienteling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with leadership and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Beauty Advisors in delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations, skin assessments, and product recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP and high-value clients through clienteling and CRM activities.
• Drive sales targets, including AOV, cross-selling, and Units per Transaction (UPT).
• Maintain premium counter standards, including visual merchandising, tester presentation, and hygiene.
• Monitor stock availability, support replenishment, and assist with inventory activities.
• Collaborate with Training, Visual Merchandising, and retail teams to maintain product knowledge and brand execution.
