Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience as a Software Engineer with backend focus.
• 3+ years in Golang for backend services.
• Experience with Redis, RPC, and message queues like Kafka.
• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in designing scalable, reliable systems.
• Familiar with monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Datadog).
• Good SDLC practices, testing, deployment, maintenance.
• Curious and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to define goals and priorities.
• Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and development tasks.
• Break down engineering problems and estimate efforts.
• Oversee backend features delivery with Product team for timely, high-quality implementation.
• Own full product lifecycle from development to production and improvements.
