Job summary

Mr Cooler is seeking a field service supervisor in Bali to lead installation, mounting, cleaning, repair and maintenance of all AC types. You will manage a field team, ensure high work quality and customer satisfaction, and train junior technicians.

Requirements include 3+ years of AC service and installation experience, ability to supervise and maintain tidy work standards, and willingness to lead a team on-site across residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years AC service & installation experience (larger/ducted systems a plus)
• Able to lead, train the team and keep a tidy work standard

Responsibilities
