Precision Air Conditioning ( PAC ) Leader is seeking a Lead Engineer to plan, supervise, and perform installation, testing, and commissioning of PAC systems at client sites. You will direct internal and external teams, validate spare parts, and schedule preventive maintenance to meet SLAs and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The PAC Lead Engineer plans, supervises, and performs installation, testing, and commissioning of Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) systems at client locations, including verification of cooling capacity, airflow performance, electrical connections, sensors, and control systems. This role involves directing internal engineering teams and external teams (vendors, partners) on maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting work according to agreed SLAs, validating spare parts requests, providing technical solutions, and scheduling preventive maintenance.
Key responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and conduct PAC installation, testing, and commissioning at client sites, including verification of cooling capacity, airflow performance, electrical connections, sensors, and control systems
Direct internal and external engineering teams (vendors, partners) on maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting work according to agreed SLAs
Validate and determine spare parts requests and provide technical solutions
Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure execution according to standards
Organize daily and weekly task allocation for the PAC Engineer team
Train, mentor, and develop technical competencies of the PAC team
Act as liaison between technical teams and management to communicate challenges, needs, and achievements
Develop work plans and material requirements for PAC projects
Coordinate with clients regarding needs, progress, and work results
Ensure all work complies with SOPs, technical standards, and occupational safety (K3) requirements
Qualification:
Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in PAC/CRAC/CRAH management, cooling system commissioning, or Data Center operations
Minimum 1 year of experience leading technical teams
Deep understanding of Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) systems, cooling redundancy (N/N+1), airflow management, and monitoring systems
Familiarity with Data Center standards such as TIA-942, Uptime Institute, and ISO facility operational standards
Ability to read technical drawings (MEP), wiring diagrams, and PAC specifications
Advanced troubleshooting skills for cooling systems
Strong leadership, effective communication with clients and internal management, problem-solving, and technical analysis capabilities
Time management, discipline, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to prepare technical reports and presentations to management
