The Laundry Attendant plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, quality, and presentation of the hotel's linens, uniforms, and guest laundry. The Laundry Attendant is responsible for sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and finishing laundry items in accordance with established procedures and the hotel's standards of hygiene and quality. With a focus on efficiency, attention to detail, and proper fabric care, the Laundry Attendant contributes to smooth hotel operations and upholds the hotel's reputation for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. A background in hospitality or relevant training is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, pressing, and folding, with an understanding of proper fabric care and handling procedures.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in inspecting laundry items to ensure cleanliness, quality, and presentation meet the hotel's established standards.
• Efficiency and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workloads, and meet operational deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards.
