Job summary

Balinest Villa Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support villa launches in Bali. The role covers general maintenance, inspecting electrical, plumbing, AC and water systems, and coordinating with vendors for specialized repairs.

You will assist the Launching Team, conduct regular inspections, and ensure all facilities meet standards before opening, supporting the opening phase and initial operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Technician, Maintenance Staff, Engineering Staff, or similar position.
• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, water systems, and general property maintenance.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Physically fit and willing to work at different properties during the launching process.
• Able to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other departments.
• Previous experience in hotel, villa, resort, or hospitality maintenance is preferred.
• Bali-based candidates are preferred.
• Willing to be placed in the Uluwatu area.
