Job summary

PT. Bondar Loyo Management is seeking a skilled Technician to support building maintenance in a villa/property environment in Bali. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in maintenance or engineering and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and AC/HVAC systems.

You will perform routine maintenance, respond to emergencies, and assist other operational teams as needed. Candidates should be safety-conscious, able to follow instructions, and work independently as a daily worker.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Technician, Engineering, Maintenance, or similar position.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Able to perform routine maintenance and basic repairs.
• Able to respond to emergency maintenance issues.
• Able to use basic tools and maintenance equipment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to follow technical instructions from Mechanic/Engineer.
• Safety-conscious, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work as a Daily Worker in a villa/property environment.
• Willing to assist other operational teams when needed.
