Job summary

Sea's HQ Finance team in Jakarta centers on supporting accounting and finance needs across Garena, Shopee, and Monee. The Regional Controllership function bridges HQ and country finance through leading and delivering key initiatives and improvements.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with country finance to implement projects, guide month-end close, prepare budgets and forecasts, manage stakeholders, and drive risk-aware process enhancements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related qualification (CA/ACCA).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant full-time finance experience.
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with country finance teams to roll out crucial projects and new developments.
• Provide guidance to local finance team to ensure smooth month-end closing, accuracy of system data and any accounting related matters
• Liaise and direct the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecast exercises
• Manage crucial projects and other group level initiatives while managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, potential finance and tax risks and propose feasible solutions to the team
• Any other tasks and projects assigned
