Job summary

PT Bondera Global Internasional seeks a motivated Land Acquisition Specialist to support our property development projects in Jakarta. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with landowners, lead negotiations, and coordinate end-to-end acquisitions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years’ experience, plus strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel for site visits and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Land Acquisition, Property Development, Real Estate, or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of land ownership documents and basic land/legal matters.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land opportunities for property development projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, local communities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations with landowners regarding land acquisition, pricing, and transaction terms.
• Coordinate the land acquisition process from initial identification through transaction completion and handover.
• Conduct preliminary checks on land ownership, certificates, documentation, and land status.
• Coordinate with Legal, Notary/PPAT, appraisal, consultants, government authorities, and other relevant parties.
• Monitor acquisition progress, documentation, payment processes, and land handover.
• Prepare regular acquisition reports and updates for management.
• Identify potential risks and resolve issues related to land acquisition.
