Job summary

PT Mineral Alam Abadi is seeking a skilled land acquisition specialist to coordinate with landowners and public officials, identify and document land parcels, and create a comprehensive inventory for acquisition. You will review ownership documents, ensure clean title, and stay updated on regulations affecting the company’s activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in land acquisition, with strong negotiation and GIS-related skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geography, Geology, Communication, Law, or any relevant field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in land acquisition.
• Knowledge of legal land ownership in Indonesia.
• Understanding of basic measurement concepts (GIS).
• Proficient in using ArcGIS or AutoCAD, and GPS.
• Strong negotiation skills, conflict resolution, and social mapping abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
