Job summary

SMN Group in Indonesia is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to negotiate lease agreements, secure community permits, and coordinate with landowners and tenants. You will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve site issues and keep projects moving.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in site acquisition or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or Law, strong communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel 50% or

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in site acquisition, lease negotiations, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or Law.
Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel 50%+ to sites and meetings.
Knowledge of basic HSE is a plus.

Responsibilities

Resolve site issues from trouble tickets by negotiating with landowners, communities, and other stakeholders.
Negotiate with stakeholders regarding Colocation projects.
Coordinate with other departments to update site problem solving processes.
Build and maintain relationships with external parties including government or NGOs.
Process and manage community/in-field issues.
Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth process execution.
