Job summary

ib vogt APAC in Jakarta seeks a Project Development Manager to lead land acquisition, permitting, and site studies from tender through Ready-to-Build. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Investment, and Business Development to secure timely deliverables.

You will manage cost breakdowns, vendor coordination, and KYC/compliance checks with local stakeholders and authorities, ensuring robust documentation and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in power plant development in Indonesia.
• Experience with land acquisition, permitting, and vendor management.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities for land acquisition and permits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with local authorities and landowners.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate land acquisition steps, cost items, and progress.
• Create and coordinate permitting steps, cost items, and progress.
• Develop TORs related to land acquisition, permitting, and site studies.
• Coordinate communications with local stakeholders and external parties.
• Conduct KYC and compliance checks on external outsourced parties.
• Coordinate information sharing with Engineering, Investment, and Business Development teams.
• Support the Project Integration Manager with reports and paperworks for overall project development progress.
