Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Accurately record all work and ensure documentation compliance.
• Oversee technicians and apprentices, guiding work to required standards.
• Ensure work complies with civil and military regulatory requirements and approved maintenance programs.
• Identify and resolve faults using approved data and processes.
• Support management in contract negotiations by advising on manhours and resources.

LAME AW 169

Responsible for certifying AW 169 aircraft maintenance activities to ensure airworthiness compliance, performing and supervising maintenance and inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting manpower and resource planning, and overseeing technicians to ensure work is completed to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Hold an education degree minimum Diploma degree in aircraft engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of overall in Helicopter Maintenance, with minimum 3-5 years release aircrafts
• Typed Rated B1.3 and/or B2 in AW 169, additional ratings would be bonus.
• Strong communication in English, both orally and written
• Strong team worker and cooperative person

Responsibilities

• Certify that all maintenance, repairs, and inspections have been completed correctly to ensure the aircraft is airworthy.
• Perform and supervise scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including inspections, modifications, and repairs on mechanical and structural systems.
• Accurately and promptly record all work done on aircraft, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Oversee the work of other technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and ensuring tasks are completed to the required standard.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with civil and/or military regulatory requirements and approved maintenance programs.
• Identify and resolve technical faults and issues using approved data and processes.
• Champion and adhere to safety management systems, health and safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Assisting management in contract negotiation with customers by providing the manhours required and advising on the resources required to fulfil the contract
• Any other tasks as assigned by Higher Management
