Engineering & Computer Simulations, Inc. is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to perform on-site maintenance and sustainment operations for the Apache 64 Echo Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT) simulators in Indonesia.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with government representatives, and ensure fully mission-capable equipment. Prior TADSS operation experience and adherence to manuals are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT) simulator or BAT, Black Hawk Aircrew Trainer.
• Experience with Apache 64 Echo or Black Hawk UH-60M Helicopter.
• Prior military experience.
• TADSS maintenance instruction training and troubleshooting based on TADSS manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and sustainment operations for the Apache 64 Echo Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT) simulators.
• On-site maintenance and repair/replacement of GFP parts for LCTs as required.
• Maintain TADSS and GFP in Fully Mission Capable condition per contract requirements.
• Perform maintenance IAW technical data and best commercial standards when data is unavailable.
• Log and manage maintenance data in ISTS and coordinate with Foreign Government representatives.

ECS is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to work in Indonesia providing maintenance and sustainment operations for the Apache 64 Echo Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT) simulators.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and sustainment operations for the Apache 64 Echo Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT) simulators.
• Provide on-site maintenance and supply repair/replacement of parts for the AH-64EV2 LCT.
• Shall Implement a Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) for Supported TADSS
• Perform scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance of TADSS and Foreign Government Furnished Property (GFP) in accordance with and in order of precedence, the applicable Technical Manuals (TMs) for each TADSS, Government-provided preventive maintenance checklists, or best commercial practices if a checklist is not provided.
• Maintain TADSS and Foreign GFP in Fully Mission Capable condition to meet the Contract Mission Time and CPF requirements in Appendix B for each device and location.
• On-site maintenance performed In Accordance With (IAW) technical data; if technical data/checklist in not provided for any single item, maintenance IAW the best commercial standards.
• Maintain all the documentation (Operator & Maintainer Manual, I/O Manual, Commercial Off- The-Shelf Manual, Technical Data Package Schematics and Cold Start Procedures) spares and tools.
• On-site maintenance coordinated with the local installations designated Foreign Government representative to deconflict training, exercise, and test schedules with maintenance activities, and resolve problems on the devices or at the site.
• On-site to repair the system in accordance with the document scheduled maintenance (Preventative Maintenance).
• Review/report facility issues that cause Non-Fair Wear and Tear (NFWT) to simulator devices.
• Work Orders are logged into the Information System Tool Suite (ISTS) with all maintenance information, including Foreign GFP parts/spares obtained from RSLFAC.
• Data logged into the ISTS is accurate and complete.

Qualifications:

• Experience with the Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT) simulator or BAT, Black Hawk Aircrew Trainer
• Experience with the Apache 64 Echo or Black Hawk UH-60M Helicopter
• Prior military experience
• TADSS maintenance instruction training and troubleshooting experience based on the TADSS maintenance manuals, products/materials/packages, for the TADSS maintenance services.
• TADSS operator services experience for aviation flight simulators and aviation TADSS
• Information System Tool Suite (ISTS) experience
• Good writing, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal management and customer management.
• Ability to plan and manage schedules.
