Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA is seeking a Laboratory Staff in Tangerang to support research and examination activities within the Laboratory and R&D teams. The role involves preparing and implementing research processes, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with lecturers for lab usage.

The candidate should have a Diploma (D3) or be a university student in their 6th semester, with no required prior work experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are valued for a collaborative laboratory

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester).
• No working experience required.
• Willingness to learn and support Research & Development activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement processes for research and examination activities in Laboratory.
• Provide evaluation reports to R&D on evaluation of methods, procedures and equipment/facilities.
• Maintain laboratory resources and schedule equipment usage during sessions.
• Organize timetable with lecturers for laboratory scheduling and coordinate with Building Management for space usage.
• Conduct routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and keep the space clean and tidy.
• Support administration activities in R&D and assist in quality management tasks.
