Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support schedule-driven teaching activities and ensure practicum data attendance for each class.

You will assist the subject coordinator in developing examination questions, projects, and assignments, and participate in practicum evaluation and grading according to set timelines.

This role offers exposure to research groups (RIG), coaching new assistants, and involvement in quality management and process improvements under supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester).

Responsibilities

• Conduct teaching/teaching assistance activities according to schedule.
• Ensure data attendance of practicum for each class/laboratory.
• Assist subject coordinator to develop examination questions, projects, and assignments with timelines.
• Evaluate and grade practicum activities according to standards and timelines.
• Organize effective assistance processes and implementation.
• Attend training related to practicum preparation and knowledge development.
• Accomplish Test of Progressive for Assistant (TPA) according to timeline.
• Provide coaching and support to new Assistant Recruitment members.
• Arrange research activities in RIG according to timeline.
• Provide reports to direct Supervisor; suggest improvements; support Quality Management System.
