Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on field service experience in printing, packaging, converting equipment, or heavy industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation and preventive maintenance of label printing and converting machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic faults to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical training and support to customers' operators and maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with global support teams to resolve escalations.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and site assessment summaries.
