Job summary

PT. Primarajuli Sukses is seeking a Head of Colour Matching Laboratory to oversee laboratory operations, conduct quality testing, and develop dyeing formulas to improve production efficiency and product quality.

The role requires at least a D3 in Chemistry or Textile and 2+ years in a similar leadership position within a dyeing or textile lab. The candidate must be able to operate Datacolor equipment and collaborate with production teams in Tigaraksa—Tangerang location.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 education in Chemistry or Textile.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Head of Colour Matching Laboratory.
• Experience in dyeing/textile laboratory preferred.
• Ability to operate laboratory equipment and machines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate laboratory team to develop formulas that reduce production costs.
• Perform quality testing and problem solving in colour matching laboratory.
• Operate and master laboratory equipment including Autolab Datacolor, lab dispenser Datacolor, Spectro 700 Datacolor, Rapid Jet Dyeing Machine.
• Coordinate production team to achieve targets.
• Manage laboratory operations according to established SOP.
• Develop and implement strategies for laboratory management with target-based systems.

Head of Colour Matching Laboratory responsible for managing laboratory operations, conducting quality testing, and developing dyeing formulas to improve production efficiency and support product quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Manage and coordinate laboratory team to conduct continuous research and develop formulas for efficient chemical usage that reduces production costs

Perform quality testing and problem-solving in colour matching laboratory

Operate and master laboratory equipment including autolab SPA Datacolor, lab dispenser datacolor, spektro 700 datacolor, mesin rapid Jet dyeing, and other laboratory equipment

Coordinate production team to achieve targets

Manage laboratory operations according to established company SOP

Develop and implement strategies for laboratory management with target-based systems

About you

Minimum D3 education in Chemistry or Textile

Minimum 2 years experience as Head of Colour Matching Laboratory

Experience in dyeing/textile laboratory preferred

Knowledge and understanding of dyeing and textile fields

Ability to operate laboratory equipment and machines

Capable of quality testing and problem-solving
