Job summary

Influx, a fast-growing startup providing 24/7 customer support, seeks a Technical Support Agent in Indonesia to join our global team.

You will investigate complex technical issues, collaborate with Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and Product, and translate findings into clear, actionable solutions for clients.

Requirements include 3+ years in technical support, Python scripting, and hands-on experience with GitLab and Kubernetes; a 24/7 staggered schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience in Technical Support Engineering, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or Software Development.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, and executing Python code and general operational scripting.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and deep-dive investigations into complex system behavior.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and Product teams to translate issues into actionable insights.
• Analyze logs and use Python scripting to diagnose backend failures and root causes.
• Operate within GitLab and Kubernetes environments to apply controlled configuration changes.
• Escalate issues with complete technical evidence and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Document investigations, root causes, workarounds, and contribute to knowledge base.
