Lewis Personnel Management is recruiting for a Data Center Electrical Engineer to ensure reliable data hall power. You will interpret SLDs, troubleshoot faults, and enforce safety procedures while coordinating maintenance and testing of UPS, generators, and distribution systems.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of mission-critical experience, strong MV/LV knowledge, and English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus. Immediate start sought.

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in mission-critical electrical infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, busways, breakers, grounding, protection.
• Professional fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Must possess local electrical competency or licensing where mandated.

Responsabilidades

• Data Hall Power Management: maintain high availability and safe operation of data hall power.
• Fault Isolation & Troubleshooting: interpret SLDs and resolve faults, alarms, trips, loading issues.
• Safety & Operations: perform LOTO, PTW, SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs for safety and compliance.
• Maintenance & Testing: conduct thermography, electrical testing, UPS checks, load-bank tests.
• Incident Management: support preventive maintenance, rapid incident response, RCA.
• On-Call Support: provide 24/7 shift or on-call emergency response.

Employment Type: Full-time (Urgent / Immediate Joiners)

Key Responsibilities

Data Hall Power Management: Maintain high availability and safe operation of power inside the data hall, including PDUs, busways, and rack power feeds supporting GPU racks and cooling systems.

Fault Isolation & Troubleshooting: Interpret single-line diagrams (SLDs) and resolve electrical faults, alarms, breaker trips, abnormal loading, phase imbalances, and power-quality issues.

Safety & Operations: Execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit to Work (PTW), SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs to maintain safety and compliance.

Maintenance & Testing: Coordinate and perform thermography, electrical testing, UPS/battery assessments, and load-bank testing.

Incident Management: Support preventive maintenance routines, rapid incident response, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

On-Call Support: Provide 24/7 shift or on-call emergency response as required by critical facility needs.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience: 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in mission‑critical electrical infrastructure (Data Center or 24/7 Critical Facility background strongly preferred).

Technical Knowledge: Strong command of MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, busways, circuit breakers, grounding, protection systems, and selective coordination.

Languages: Professional fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

Licensing: Must possess applicable local electrical competency or licensing certifications (if mandated).

Availability: Able to start immediately
