LIUGONG FINANCE INDONESIA in Jakarta is seeking a detail-oriented Admin/KYC Support to join our team. You will perform basic CDD/KYC, verify identities, and input customer data accurately in the system to support compliant financing operations.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related fields is preferred. Strong data handling, communication, and MS Excel skills are essential to coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, and Risk teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Law, or related fields from a reputable university with GPA min. 3.00/4.00
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship experience in administration, banking, or financial services is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling data and documents
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills for basic verification and checking processes
• Able to work in a structured and process-driven environment
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Mansioni

• Perform basic Customer Due Diligence (CDD)/Know Your Customer (KYC), including verification of customer identity and supporting documents
• Input and maintain customer data accurately in the system/database
• Conduct preliminary checks on financing documents, contracts, and cooperation agreements with customers
• Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Credit, Legal, Risk) to resolve any data or documentation discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation and filing in an organized and auditable manner
• Support daily operational processes to ensure smooth and timely transaction processing
