Job summary

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Management, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KPI, Performance Management, Business Analysis, Administration, or a related position.
• Good understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), performance measurement, and target monitoring.
• Able to collect, analyze, and monitor departmental performance data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with dashboard or data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Able to prepare KPI reports, performance summaries, and management reports accurately and on time.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to identify performance gaps and provide data-based insights to management.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with various departments.
• Able to maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of company performance data.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
