Job summary

Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking a General Accountant (Staff) for the HEAD OFFICE in Seminyak, Bali. The role will involve day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining records, and supporting financial reporting.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 1 year of experience. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential. English is a plus; you must handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Able to prepare and maintain financial reports and accounting records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Good attention to detail and strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Able to manage documents and financial data accurately and systematically.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• High integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling financial information.
