Job summary

Techconnect.id in Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Korean Translator/Interpreter to bridge Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, and English across documents, meetings, and events. You will directly support Talent Acquisition with Korean-speaking candidates and ensure accurate, timely translations of company materials.

The role requires Indonesian citizenship (WNI) and strong MS Office skills, plus excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with Korean stakeholders and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent Korean with strong interpretation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to switch between Korean, Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficiency in document translation and meeting interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate verbal and written translation between Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, and English.
• Assist Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and engaging Korean-speaking candidates.
• Translate company documents, presentations, reports, emails, agreements, SOPs, and meeting materials.
• Assist in meetings with consecutive or simultaneous interpretation when required.

Job description

• Provide accurate verbal and written translation between Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, and English.

• Assist Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and engaging Korean-speaking candidates when needed.

• Translate company documents, presentations, reports, emails, agreements, SOPs, and meeting materials.

• Assist in meetings by providing consecutive or simultaneous interpretation when required.

• Support business visits, internal events, and business trips involving Korean stakeholders.

• Ensure translation quality, consistency, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

• Assist management with administrative coordination related to Korean-speaking counterparts if needed.

• Indonesian citizen (WNI)

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience as Korean Translator or Interpreter. Fresh graduates with strong Korean proficiency are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
