Job summary

KOTRA Jakarta is seeking a Korean-speaking professional to support the K-Move program. The role focuses on Korean-language communication, coordination, and administrative tasks to facilitate employment opportunities for Korean job seekers in Indonesia.

The contractor will work on identifying employers, promoting vacancies, and coordinating candidate sourcing with English and Korean communications as needed. Contract duration is two months under KOTRA’s HR designated company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
• TOPIK Level 5 or higher preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to meet deadlines and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations and implementation of the K-Move program.
• Identify and coordinate with potential employers interested in recruiting Korean professionals.
• Assist in promoting job vacancies through recruitment platforms and professional networks.
• Support candidate sourcing, job matching, and recruitment-related coordination.
• Communicate with employers, job seekers, and stakeholders in English and Korean as required.
• Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting related to recruitment activities.
• Ensure deadlines are met and schedules are maintained efficiently.
