Job summary

hallomepy.id, a proud part of the Hepytech Group ecosystem, is seeking a creative and communicative KOL Intern in Bandung. You will bridge our brand with digital content creators, learning to strategize campaigns, conduct influencer research, and manage long-term relationships to grow the community.

Responsibilities include sourcing KOLs across platforms, managing communications, drafting briefs, and monitoring campaign results.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communication Studies, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
• Strong understanding of current platform algorithms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Exceptional persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident, proactive and enjoys networking with diverse personalities.
• Creative input to increase brand appeal through influencer-led content.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.
• Based in Bandung and available for Full WFO (Work From Office).

• KOL Sourcing: Identify and scout potential KOLs or influencers across platforms that align with hallomepy.id values.
• Relationship Management: Initiate and maintain professional communication with KOLs for collaborations.
• Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in drafting briefs and ensuring KOLs understand messaging and objectives.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor live content posted by KOLs and summarize campaign performance.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated with latest social media trends for influencer collaborations.
• Administrative Support: Maintain a KOL database and assist with asset delivery and documentation.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between our brand and digital content creators. You will learn how to strategize campaigns, conduct in-depth influencer research, and manage long-term relationships to grow the hallomepy.id community. Responsibilities

• KOL Sourcing: Identify and scout potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or influencers across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) that align with the values of hallomepy.id.
• Relationship Management: Initiate and maintain professional communication with KOLs for potential collaborations or content partnerships.
• Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in drafting creative briefs and ensuring KOLs understand the key messaging and brand objectives.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor live content posted by KOLs and summarize campaign performance (engagement, reach, and sentiment).
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated with the latest social media trends to provide fresh and relevant content ideas for influencer collaborations.
• Administrative Support: Maintain an organized KOL database and assist with the administrative workflow, including asset delivery and documentation.

Requirements

• Education: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communication Studies, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
• Social Media Savvy: Highly active on social media with a strong understanding of current platform algorithms (especially TikTok and Instagram).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Personality: Confident, proactive, and enjoys networking with diverse personalities.
• Creative Mindset: Capable of providing creative input to increase brand appeal through influencer-led content.
• Commitment: Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.
• Location: Must be based in Bandung and available for Full WFO (Work From Office).
