Job summary

PT. Lila Sehat Teknologi Medis in Jakarta is seeking a results-driven KOL Management/Influencer Marketing specialist to identify and recruit potential KOLs across TikTok and Instagram.

You will negotiate rates, manage agency partnerships, and drive campaign performance with a strong focus on GMV, engagement, and ROI. You will build lasting relationships with talent agencies, MCNs, and KOLs, ensuring smooth collaboration, timely reports, and alignment with sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year of experience in KOL Management or Influencer Marketing.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and the Indonesian KOL landscape.
• Experience working with KOL agencies, MCNs, or influencers.
• Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Personal Care industries is preferred.
• Contact lens or eyewear industry experience is a plus.
• Sales-oriented, target-driven, and familiar with GMV, conversion, and ROI metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Having an established KOL network is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential KOLs, influencers, and content creators across TikTok and Instagram.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, talent agencies, and MCN networks.
• Handle communication, partnership arrangements, and rate negotiations with KOLs and agencies.
• Manage KOL campaigns through agency collaborations, short-form videos, and live streaming activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, including sales, GMV, engagement, and ROI.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and campaign KPIs.
• Manage campaign budgets and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain an updated KOL database and stay informed about social media trends.
